Rachel Charlot is a Certified Family Peer Support Specialist and Family Navigator with the Division of Child and Community Health and Child Health Specialty Clinics (CHSC). For over 12 years, Rachel has supported families through CHSC, serving as both a Family Navigator and a Service Coordinator in the Early ACCESS program. As a parent of three children—one of whom lives with a mental health diagnosis—Rachel brings invaluable lived experience to her work. She is deeply passionate about helping families navigate complex systems, connect with essential resources, and feel heard through compassionate, attentive support.
