Angie Chaplin, PRC
Angie Chaplin is a peer recovery coach, leadership facilitator, speaker, and mindfulness teacher working at the intersection of behavioral health, recovery, and leadership development. She is the author and implementation strategist of The Way Onward, an evidence-based leadership framework created for mental health and recovery professionals. Angie brings more than 30 years of experience across behavioral health, nonprofit leadership, higher education, workforce development, and public service systems.
A Certified Master Facilitator and LPI® Coach of The Leadership Challenge®, Angie also serves as a consultant with the Opioid Response Network (ORN), a User Review Panelist for the Center for Mental Health Implementation Support (CMHIS), and a training provider for the Mid-America Prevention Technology Transfer Center (PTTC). Drawing on professional expertise and lived experience, she is passionate about helping peer professionals and behavioral health teams strengthen leadership from within, move beyond burnout, and rediscover purpose, connection, and sustainable growth in their everyday work.
