Sandra Moniot, PRS
Sandra Moniot is married and lives in Forest City, IA with her husband. She is the mother of three grown daughters with 5 grandchildren. She loves her family, friends, and has an overall passion for humanity. She enjoys camping with her husband, being in nature, personal growth, and meeting new and interesting people. Sandra has a lifelong history of mental health issues and has been in recovery from drug addiction since 2014. She works for Life Connections Peer Recovery Services as a Peer Recovery Support Coordinator and also works with and trains for the Iowa Peer Workforce Collaborative. She is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Peer Recovery Coach, and a WRAP Advanced Level Facilitator. She serves on the advisory board of Peer Recovery Coaches and also the Care Connections of Northern Iowa Region. She is passionate about what she does and is an advocate for others. She sees the goodness in others, but also helps them to see it in themselves.
